At NETVIRTA (VERIFYT), I grew Verifyt from a 3D body-scanning tool into an AI-powered fashion, styling and shopping platform. I shipped 90+ features and digital products across consumer, community and brand experiences.
I led experience design for Vera, Verifyt’s AI stylist, from concept to interface, and shipped Vera in Outfit Builder. I also prototyped conversational onboarding and chat.
I owned end-to-end experience design for Virtual Try-On, including generation, photo selection, moderation, error handling and credit-return flows. I redesigned onboarding, body-scanning guidance and measurement results, lifting scan completion to 87%.
I built Verifyt’s design system and led and mentored 4–6 designers. Before product design, I worked on workplace environments at JUSTCO and experiential events at Resorts World Sentosa.
