What I'm looking for
I’m a goal-oriented case manager who thrives on challenges and works well under pressure. I focus on delivering excellent service by managing cases end-to-end and coordinating the people and processes that move them forward.
In my current role in a personal injury law firm, I work as a Case Manager/Case Paralegal to provide excellent service. I’m responsible for managing 60+ cases, from intake to the treating process, while coordinating with providers, insurance companies, and subrogation claims/lien work.
Previously, I supervised accounts and teams where performance and consistency mattered. As a supervisor for the IBC/Copeland account, I managed a team of 25 to 30 agents—handling training, nesting, and taking the team live on the phones—while maintaining strong KPIs and performance.
I also bring customer-focused experience from sales and service work, including maintaining a 63% conversion rate, strong AHT and QA, and a reputation for de-escalation and customer retention. With a Six Sigma Blue belt, A.S. degree in computer technology, and training as a sworn translator (plus ongoing English tutoring), I bring both process discipline and clear communication to every case and team.
