What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure, technical support, networking, or CCTV surveillance role where I can manage systems, resolve technical issues, support users remotely, and maintain reliable security and connectivity.

I've managed complete school IT infrastructure at National Public School KR Puram and provided desktop, networking, Microsoft Office, Wi-Fi, printer, antivirus, and CCTV support at Axiom Foods and Beverages.

Across education and business environments, I've installed and configured systems, maintained LAN/WAN and wireless networks, and resolved hardware, software, connectivity, and user-access issues.

I've also coordinated IT operations at Shaheed Ganj Public School, upgrading systems to Windows 10 and Office 2016 while conducting IT training sessions.
