At Midland Credit Management, I lead a multi-wave Windows Server modernization program spanning 583 production and non-production servers while coordinating infrastructure, application, security, change management, and business stakeholders.

I've managed enterprise IT initiatives end to end—from demand intake and solutioning through planning, UAT, CAB approval, production deployment, and closure. I partner with senior business and technical leaders to resolve risks, set priorities, and drive clear delivery decisions.

Previously at DXC and EY, I managed SAP project delivery, ITIL change management, ServiceNow tracking, SIT and UAT testing, defect cycles, go-live readiness, and post-deployment support across Agile and Waterfall projects.

I also built and maintained a full-stack web application at EY that centralized tax-payment processes for businesses across Central America and the Caribbean. My work has increased project delivery efficiency by 20%, delivered five enterprise projects within budget, and supported critical financial system upgrades with a team of 10.
