At Concentrix, I coordinated the Palo Alto LATAM Migration, a FortiGate-to-Palo Alto firewall rollout across 35+ sites in 11 countries. I managed schedules, risk logs, and status reporting while coordinating engineers, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
I also manage concurrent infrastructure and client implementation projects, build Power BI dashboards for project and service-delivery KPIs, and support cost analysis. At Align Technology, I administered Microsoft 365 environments and supported production systems through alert triage, database checks, and incident documentation.
