What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Homeland Defender (Immigration Services Officer) role where I can apply document review, case support, bilingual communication, and independent judgment to support organizational success.

I've supported public-facing and administrative programs at Maximus Inc., Next Chapter Financial, and IDEA Frontier Public Schools. At Maximus, I assessed eligibility for COVID-19 and public-assistance programs, verified case information, documented interactions, and connected individuals with government and community resources.

At IDEA Frontier Public Schools, I develop STEM lessons and manage student records, instructional materials, robotics equipment, and 3D-printing technologies. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, hold an Associate of Science in Computer Science, and am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science while bringing experience in document review, confidential records, presentations, and community outreach.
