Jailene Lopez

I am a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant with a strong background in financial processing, invoicing, and office management. My experience at Benitez Trucking has honed my ability to manage company checks and invoices accurately while maintaining organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills, which allow me to effectively liaise with vendors and clients to support business functions.

Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology at the University of Houston, expected to graduate in 2026. My role as a Desk Assistant at the University has further developed my organizational skills and my ability to provide exceptional customer service. I enjoy creating a supportive environment for others, as demonstrated through my volunteer work with Collab for Kids, where I administered assessments to young children to foster their early learning.
