What I'm looking for

I'm looking for IT support, technical support, help desk, systems support, network support, IT operations, remote support, or infrastructure support work.

I've supported IT operations at García Verga S.A.S, SEI Servicios Especializados Informáticos, CABLEMAS S.A.S, COLBEEF S.A.S, and UT SIE – Carvajal / Thomas Greg & Sons.

I provide onsite and remote technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, maintain computers, and support users in business environments.

My systems work includes Windows Server 2012 R2, Active Directory administration, domain joining, server monitoring, backups, Microsoft 365, licensing, and software inventories.

I also support wired and wireless networks, structured cabling, FTTH infrastructure, ONU and CCTV configuration, and network equipment from Cisco, Ubiquiti, and MikroTik. I have basic Python scripting experience for reviewing and understanding automation code.
