I am a focused care professional with over 10 years’ experience in health and social care management, working across residential settings for adults, children and people with learning disabilities and autism.
As Deputy Manager I manage a large staff team, lead training in Positive Behaviour Support, recruit and develop staff, and work in partnership with social services and other practitioners to deliver high-quality support.
Previously I held Team Leader and Care Coordinator roles, producing care plans, risk assessments, managing medication, health & safety audits, rotas and payroll, and supporting life-skills and person-centred activities; I have also taught English as a volunteer.
