What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can deliver person-centred care and development, contribute operational experience, work within a collaborative, safeguarding-focused team, and continue professional learning.

I am a dedicated support professional with extensive experience caring for adults and children with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours. I combine hands-on care skills with strong communication and person-centred approaches to promote independence and wellbeing.

Throughout my roles I have delivered life-skills training, managed personal care and health plans, and administered safety-focused interventions such as epilepsy prevention and safe transfers using hoists. I consistently work to maintain dignity and compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.

In operations I have led teams, streamlined inventory and warehouse processes, and implemented training and best practices to meet targets in fast-paced environments. I bring practical problem-solving, administrative competence, and a focus on efficient, collaborative delivery.

I hold a First Class BA in Applied Business Marketing and recent training in Cyber Security Practices, alongside certifications in safeguarding, TEFL, MAPA, and IT literacy.
