I am a dedicated care professional with experience leading care teams and delivering person-centred support across residential and community settings.
As a senior team lead at a care provider, I led staff, coordinated with GPs, social workers and families, administered medication, and upheld high standards of care. I previously supported people with brain injuries and young adults with autism, providing activities, personal care and money management.
Earlier in my career I managed customer-facing teams in busy call centres, building communication, complaint resolution and performance-management skills that translate to strong administrative and organisational practice in care settings. I hold NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and certifications including Dementia Awareness, Moving & Handling, COSHH, Fire Safety and First Aid.
