At the Office of The State’s Attorney for Baltimore City, I prepared cases for bench trials, managed victim and witness preparation, and worked with law enforcement on prosecutions. I also represented the State in Drug Treatment Court and prosecuted misdemeanor charges before juries and the bench.
My work has included reviewing physical and digital evidence, preparing motions, and assessing case viability and sentence recommendations. I’ve conducted examinations and made opening and closing statements as part of trial litigation.
Before my legal work, I managed digital communications at the National Association of Counties, where I helped establish a digital media studio and implemented an in-house TV studio design using a $175K budget. Through Clarke Photo Studios, I also created photography and video work for community organizations and non-profits.
