Represented state departments in family court and child welfare matters for agencies including DHS, DOH, DOE, and the Office of the Public Guardian; handled complex dependency and guardianship litigation from 2020–2025.

Defended clients in a wide range of criminal matters with emphasis on felony cases and served as office representative on the Big Island Drug Court, improving client outcomes through coordinated defense strategies.

Managed Kona office caseload handling housing and family law matters, including domestic violence cases, and delivered client-focused legal representation to low-income residents from 2011–2018.

Handled office administration, maintained accounting records and bank transactions, and conducted outreach to promote social services while supporting legal staff and clients during 2010–2011.

Supervised a 12-person enumerator crew and managed Nonresponse Follow-up operations during the 2010 decennial census, ensuring data collection targets and quality standards were met.

Facilitated pro bono legal representation and developed programs to assist pro se clients while coordinating recruitment events to expand volunteer attorney participation from 2008–2009.

Organized executive committee meetings, maintained organizational charts and performance plans, represented the company on a municipal growth committee, and published internal newsletters from 2004–2005.
