At NEELA FILM PRODUCTIONS PVT. LTD., I lead product and design development across F2P, real-money, educational, and HTML5 games. I designed and launched Run Jetha Run, which reached 1M+ downloads in two months and 5M+ overall.

I use player analytics and A/B testing to improve onboarding, monetization, and LiveOps, and have designed 200+ educational mini-games for TMKOC Playschool. I also created an automated multilingual voiceover pipeline that reduced manual dubbing turnaround from days to hours.
