Anurag Napalchyal

I currently design games at Qila Games, creating mechanics, systems, and combat that keep players coming back for one more round.

I've designed gameplay at Hitwicket, Scopely, Mayhem Studios, and PlaySimple Games, with experience across multiplayer games, character design, MMORPGs, RPGs, and video games.

I turn ideas into clear specs, user flows, and design documents, using Unity and a player-first approach to balance characters and make combat feel right.

I've also worked as a narrative designer and game researcher, and I enjoy collaborating to build fun, immersive player experiences—and breaking games to make them better.
