I also owned frontend architecture for BpoBox, a multi-tenant AI QA platform serving five tenants and 1,500 users. Its role-based portals and scorecards cut QA review time by 60%, while AI sentiment and compliance scoring processed more than 40,000 Twilio calls per month.
Earlier at Arcitech, I built AI-powered interview and education platforms and served as Frontend Lead on a Revit design compliance checker. At LTIMindtree, I built React and Redux widgets for an airline reservation system; at Slaylink, I developed web applications with Next.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, and Nest.js.
