As a Senior Tech Lead Frontend Developer at Varonis (A Cloud data security company), I spearhead the development of key features and the infrastructure of its lead DAC complex web application.
My role involves hands-on coding and architectural design while leading and mentoring a team of emerging developers.

I collaborated with a highly skilled team of developers on both small and large features, with a strong focus on building the product using fully optimized code. Our approach centered on creating reusable, generic, and abstracted React components. We leveraged modern React practices, including hooks, and integrated state management systems such as Recoil and Redux.

In this role, I led a team of frontend developers and worked on two major projects: a job management web and mobile application, and an e-commerce website. In addition to these key projects, I regularly collaborated with other teams, providing support and contributing to various features on their projects.

During this phase, I was highly motivated as I began working on my first projects and engaging in client interactions. I learned how to effectively operate within an agile workflow, mastered GitHub collaboration, and gained valuable experience working in teams. One of the highlights was contributing to a dynamic e-commerce website.
