What I'm looking for

I’m open to hotel management roles with a hotel or hotel group in North Macedonia, or remote work in operations, account management, customer support or billing. I value roles where written English, reliability and end-to-end process ownership matter.

At Hotel Kristal Palas, I run a 4-star hotel in Prilep, handling operations, commercial work and compliance. I won two open tenders from the OSCE Mission to Skopje, writing the technical and financial proposals in English, and serve as the named account manager.

I manage corporate accounts including Bechtel-Enka during the motorway project, and write and price offers for institutional and corporate clients. My work also covers contracts, procurement and the full billing cycle.

Before Prilep, I handled group, conference and event business at Hotel Montana Krusevo, including championship bookings and client payments. I’m open to hotel leadership roles in North Macedonia, or remote work in operations, account management, customer support or billing.
