I seek a hands-on QA or IT support role in a collaborative company where I can apply troubleshooting, system administration and BPO experience to deliver accurate, customer-focused results and grow technical responsibility.

I am a hardworking, determined and courteous IT and customer-service professional with hands-on experience in the Business Process Outsourcing sector. I take pride in delivering quality service and consistent, accurate results to users and customers.

I have practical experience in quality assurance and customer support, having worked in QA and provided SMS and chat support. I hold a Heart and NTA System Admin Level 3 certification and completed Cisco IT Essentials training, which underpin my technical troubleshooting and computer repair skills.
