I am an operations and logistics professional with over 4 years of experience in coordinating multi-state travel and managing administrative systems within NCAA athletics. My journey has been marked by a commitment to supporting high-performing teams, ensuring that every logistical detail is meticulously handled. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA, which complements my practical experience and enhances my strategic thinking capabilities.

In my role as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi, I have successfully coordinated travel arrangements for numerous away games, managing logistics for over 20 individuals. My ability to process expense reports and track spending has been crucial in supporting budgeting efforts. I take pride in fostering effective communication and scheduling through shared calendars and workflow tools, which has significantly improved team operations.

Previously, as the Director of Operations for Catawba College Women’s Basketball, I designed Excel-based scouting templates that increased workflow efficiency. My experience includes executing logistics for multi-day trips and managing internal operations to support a successful season. I am eager to leverage my planning, communication, and data management skills in a remote role that aligns with my career aspirations in operations and business support.
