What I'm looking for

I'm looking to turn ambiguous product problems into clear, buildable experiences, using product thinking, prototyping, user research, and working code from concept through implementation.

I'm leading 0→1 product design for Sideby at Pungoworld, a journaling app with an AI companion. I take ambiguous product ideas from user research and core flows through high-fidelity UI, motion, and implementation.

I defined Sideby's companion personality, personalization, behavioral boundaries, and conversational style, then translated that framework into engineering specifications and agent skills for production consistency. I also ship frontend code and contribute to selected backend features alongside engineering.

At AdventHealth, I synthesized 1,000+ care-journey data points into problems around ER coordination and pre- and post-operative information loss. I designed connected nurse and patient dashboards plus a companion mobile app to provide real-time visibility without adding clinical workflow steps.

My earlier work includes redesigning SHOPLINE commerce workflows at JOYY, contributing to a 4% NPS increase, building a 23-component design system, and improving Meituan coupon utilization by 10% in user testing. I bring product thinking, prototyping, and working code to create clear, useful experiences.
