I've designed the core mobile apps and clinician web portals for OxiWear’s wearable vitals-monitoring hardware, helping doctors and patients track real-time vitals across 12+ hospitals.

I build design systems that make complex, high-density workflows clear and scalable. At OxiWear, I created separate Figma libraries for mobile and web, including typography, status-color, micro-interaction, and feedback rules aligned with FDA safety guidelines.

I use research to turn technical constraints into understandable product experiences. By identifying Bluetooth pairing and connectivity issues and designing automated reconnection flows, I reduced user abandonment by 42%.

Previously, I designed an AI shopping chatbot at AbitAI Tech that increased conversion by 316%, and voice interaction flows for Volkswagen-Mobvoi’s SOL EV platform across 40+ vehicle modules. I enjoy collaborating with product, engineering, algorithm, and clinical teams to take ideas from early concepts to production-ready designs.
