I'm looking to lead HR operations, workforce strategy, employee relations, and compliance for manufacturing or greenfield projects where I can build scalable people processes and support operational readiness.

I'm leading HR, industrial relations, administration, and EHS for Corobus Alcobevs' Greenfield beverage project supporting Tata Consumer Products brands, including Tata Copper+, Tata Fruski, and Gluco Plus. I build the manpower structure, HR policies, SOPs, contractor processes, and reporting needed for operational readiness.

Across Pernod Ricard-associated bottling and manufacturing units, I've managed recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, welfare, and compliance. I've digitized HR workflows to reduce manual effort by approximately 60%, led audits with zero major non-conformities, and strengthened retention through employee engagement initiatives.
