What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-first role where I can improve care linkage and retention, apply behavioral health interventions, and contribute to data-driven program growth.

I am a clinical support and patient navigation professional with extensive experience improving linkage and retention to care across emergency, inpatient, and justice-involved settings.

At UCSF I screened and enrolled patients for medication-assisted treatment, conducted motivational interviewing and behavioral health interventions, and supported community MAT linkage to reduce barriers and stigma.

I have led data collection and outcome tracking to sustain evidence-based behavioral health models, contributed to statewide reports on patient outcomes, and developed training curriculum with CEU content to strengthen multidisciplinary care coordination.

Previously I built early virtual care coordinator workflows at a telehealth company, partnering with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to refine telehealth operations while supporting sales, support, and remote onboarding.
