At Gartner, I advised CHROs and HR leaders on workforce challenges and helped grow GHRL revenue through evidence-based recommendations. I scaled Rapid Response into a Gartner First capability, adopted by four or more practices ahead of a firm-wide mandate.
I owned Rapid Response’s content portfolio across 14 practice teams and led the Benchmark with Gartner webinar portfolio, informing more than 150 published insights. I also created a client-facing trend-card product that drew more than 7,000 views.
At EY and KPMG, I advised on M&A growth strategy, target screening, due diligence, synergies, integration, and separation. I built analytical tools and financial models for deal decisions, and led and mentored teams of analysts and consultants.
