Previously at Goldie Vietnam, I cleaned, standardised, and analysed more than 100K sales and customer transaction records across POS and e-commerce channels. My analysis supported promotional decisions that improved campaign revenue by approximately 20%.

My retail background also gave me hands-on experience managing orders, payments, inventory, customer requests, and international customer communication in English. I'm looking to apply my structured approach to data accuracy, process coordination, and customer support in mortgage support work.
