I've built and audited RAG-based products that diagnose grounding failures, retrieval issues, and hallucination risk. My NextLeap capstone, ChatGPT: Grounding, used survey and interview research to design a feature that reveals hidden assumptions before ChatGPT generates an answer.
At Fastrr Checkout at Shiprocket, I served as a client-facing contact for merchant onboarding, investigated RTO and complaint trends, and turned operational data into actionable recommendations. At Proptecher, I owned client and stakeholder delivery for a luxury real-estate platform, ran 15+ structured interviews, and wrote clear PRDs and stakeholder materials.
I've independently built and debugged four AI/RAG products end to end, including GrowwAI and a multi-stage LLM reporting pipeline. I'm a NextLeap Product Management Fellow and Top Fellow selected from more than 600 applicants.
