I translated three user roles into 15+ prioritized user stories, introduced AI-based complaint routing, and reduced resolution time by 30% in load testing through workflow improvements.
I'm currently building CuteHelper, a voice-first desktop AI companion using Electron, React, TypeScript, Groq Whisper, and LLaMA 4 Scout, while instrumenting real user behavior to improve its “teach, don’t do” loop. I also deliver client products end to end at ServiceHub and build AI-integrated healthcare interfaces at Docmize.
