What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a part-time or full-time opportunity to contribute to a reputed organization while continuing my studies, applying my customer-handling and computer skills.

At Joshtalk, I conducted live voice-based conversations with users on assigned topics through the company’s proprietary calling software. I handled one-on-one calls with a wide range of people, aiming for clear, engaging, professional conversations.

That work strengthened my customer-handling and calling experience. I also maintained a consistent, disciplined routine while working independently from home.

I completed an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications at SS Computer Center, covering MS Office, Tally ERP 9.0, manual accounting, DTP, and web development. I’m seeking a part-time or full-time opportunity where I can contribute while continuing my studies.
