At DiDi Food, I improve commercial effectiveness across Latin America by turning field data and business needs into scalable sales-operations processes, CRM enhancements, and reporting tools.
I redesigned the field-visit model across four LATAM markets, increasing average monthly visits per representative from about 60 to 100 and raising compliance from about 80% to 98%. I also led delivery of 21 product enhancements across CRM, the sales app, and internal dashboards.
I've automated performance and restaurant-quality reporting with SQL and BI tools, reducing manual preparation and helping teams access operational insights faster. Earlier, I supported DiDi Food's Peru launch and coordinated operations for corporate events at Ebombo.
