I have owned end-to-end decision support for a 4,000 SKU international portfolio, reframing forecasting and inventory decisions around financial exposure and directing planning toward the highest-impact SKUs, customers, and suppliers.

I specialize in converting ambiguous operational questions into clear, financially grounded decision options, standardizing metrics across sales, supply chain and finance, and delivering targeted corrective actions that improve availability, reduce margin leakage, and optimize working capital. I combine SQL and Python-based analysis with dashboarding and executive reporting to embed data-driven trade-offs into management rhythms and S&OP processes.
