At Pasha Bank, I redesigned a bank-wide compliance questionnaire for 1,187 employees, replacing email tracking with an internal portal, e-signature, and automated reporting. The project reduced a 4–5 month cycle to near real-time and was delivered in seven weeks.

At KapitalBank, I supported a McKinsey-led Branch Transformation program across 100+ branches and redesigned the payment-order workflow. My requirements, QR-code automation proposal, and user testing reduced processing time from 7 minutes 25 seconds to 58 seconds, saving thousands of work hours monthly.

I've led cross-functional delivery with IT, Legal, operations, and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, reporting, and tested system releases. I bring finance, compliance, Agile product ownership, and data analytics experience backed by an MBA, a Master's in Big Data Analytics, and CSPO certification.
