At Citi, I delivered an enterprise-wide Risk Governance Workflow Tool that transformed manual risk and finance operations into automated workflows. I also mapped end-to-end data processes and supported requirements, planning, and user acceptance testing.
At USAA, I resolved three internal Risk and Compliance issues and developed SQL-based reporting and quality checks in Snowflake. I also designed workflow models and helped implement approval controls for Salesforce “Front Door.”
At Bank of America, I worked on financial reporting, ledger conversion, and process improvement projects. I identified more than $1M in cost savings and helped simplify trial balance processes, reducing IT legacy costs and P/L interest expenses by approximately $2M.
