I’m a multilingual Customer Loyalty & Retention Specialist with 7+ years across customer-focused client customer success, translation, and community engagement. I diagnose root causes of customer dissatisfaction, implement targeted solutions, and reduce cancellations through empathy-driven, data-informed conversations, while driving revenue through personalised upselling and cross-selling.

I also execute account rectifications (billing adjustments, service modifications) and resolve escalated technical and administrative issues, using structured objection-handling and negotiation to de-escalate conflicts and convert at-risk customers into loyal advocates. Alongside this, I provide EN ↔ AR translation and remote Content QA & Data Tasks—auditing website copy and UI text for linguistic accuracy, tone consistency, and user-experience clarity—while maintaining accurate records in CRM and building a reputation for reliability.
