I am a Product Owner and certified Agile practitioner (PMP®, DASM®, PSM I®, PSPO I®) with a proven record delivering cross-functional digital platforms across multiple countries. I focus on optimizing processes, aligning stakeholders, and translating business needs into clear product backlogs and high-value increments.
At Leyton I led a cross-country platform deployed in 10 markets and a Teams-embedded collaboration app, managing integrations (Salesforce, Metabase) and collecting requirements from international stakeholders to deliver customizable solutions. I regularly run sprint ceremonies, provide sprint KPIs, and facilitate reviews and retrospectives to improve outcomes.
Previously I worked as a Business Intelligence Engineer building decision-support systems (SSIS, Talend, SAP BO, WEBI) and began my career in software engineering.
