What I'm looking for

I seek an academic or research role combining teaching and translational biomedical research, mentorship, and development of reproducible bioinformatics workflows in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

I am a postdoctoral biomedical scientist with over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience across human and veterinary medicine, specializing in molecular biology, infectious disease research, and bioinformatics. I combine wet-lab expertise with in-silico analysis to address complex biological questions and support translational research.

At UAEU I contribute to neuroimmunology, microbial genetics, and microbiome projects, performing advanced wet-lab techniques (flow cytometry, immunoassays, stereotaxic support) and bioinformatics workflows (NGS, metagenomics, RNA-seq, single-cell analysis), and applying machine learning for predictive modeling. I also oversee animal model care, laboratory management, and scientific writing for publication.

I am passionate about teaching and curriculum development, mentoring students and trainees in NGS and microbiome analysis, and pursuing an academic position to deliver high-quality biomedical science education while developing innovative research methods that translate into real-world applications.
