What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to apply my skills in molecular biology and bioinformatics, ideally in a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and research growth.

I am a dedicated undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. My academic journey has cultivated a strong passion for exploring the exciting nexus of biology and cutting-edge technology. I believe the potential for groundbreaking discoveries in disciplines such as bioinformatics, proteomics, genomics, and genome sequencing is limitless.

During my internship at Burjeel Hospital, I trained on the Cobas 8100 system to perform ionized calcium tests, ensuring precision in sample analysis. I gained exposure to the immunology department, performing anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) tests and conducting urine analysis using advanced Cobas machines. My experience as a Research Assistant at United Arab Emirates University allowed me to extract DNA and RNA from various biological sources, ensuring high purity and yield, and perform Sanger capillary sequencing for precise identification of genetic variants.
