What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an interdisciplinary, applied research environment combining biology, data science, and engineering—where I can use computational analysis of multi-omic data to support translational diagnostics and physiological monitoring, including wearable-focused, data-driven health applications.

I’m a Biomedical Sciences graduate and Junior Research Scientist with a computational and data analysis foundation in statistical modeling, gene expression, and multi-omic systems. I focus on extracting meaningful patterns from high-dimensional biological data and translating biological signals into real-world health applications.

My research experience spans differential gene expression analysis and protein–protein interaction networks in disease models, along with CRISPR/Cas9 design concepts to study gene knockout and correction. I’ve also investigated RNA-based therapeutics and mRNA vaccines, including mRNA stability, translation efficiency, and delivery strategies such as lipid nanoparticle systems.

On the computational side, I build from RNA computational analysis through RNA secondary structure and RNA–drug interaction modeling. I’ve used GWAS-based approaches to link SNPs with disease phenotypes, and I’ve applied computational and epidemiological modeling to viral evolution and pandemic dynamics.

I’m currently strengthening my applied research skills in interdisciplinary environments that blend biology, data science, and engineering. I bring research practice skills in experimental design, data interpretation, hypothesis testing, scientific writing, and research ethics, and I’m looking for an opportunity to develop further in applied, translational work.
