I am a Certified Executive and Mindfulness Coach with over 15 years of corporate leadership experience and more than 6 years dedicated to executive coaching. My passion lies in facilitating growth for senior leaders by deepening their self-awareness and helping them chart a purposeful and impactful path. I have a proven track record of recruiting, supporting, and retaining high-performing teams while delivering measurable, client-centric outcomes.

In my freelance coaching practice, I provide ICF-aligned coaching to senior leaders across various industries, focusing on enhancing leadership presence and managing stress effectively.
