What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and facilitate leadership development, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and inclusive learning programs that help people build self-awareness, navigate difficult conversations, and advance in their careers.

I founded Mindset Strategies, LLC, a leadership development consulting firm focused on Black women’s leadership development, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. I’ve partnered with organizations including Hallmark, DuPont, SAP, and Procter & Gamble.

I created the Leadership Institute for Black Women and designed EQ and mindfulness curriculum, including the seven-week #PowerInThePause online program. Over five years, 75% of Leadership Institute participants advanced within six months to one year, and 97% would recommend the program.

I’ve also led strategic and fundraising operations as President/CEO of The Cheyney Foundation and taught mindful, inclusive classroom curriculum at Doane University. I’m a Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute Certified Teacher and Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach.
