At the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services I led HCD initiatives to improve payment code usability in rural clinics, launched educational resources to support the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, and guided tribal data and access efforts. I routinely draft policy documents and present findings to senior leadership to influence program decisions.

I have led cross-functional teams on data sharing, DUA management, and security compliance while training staff on confidentiality and 508 accessibility requirements. My work emphasizes culturally sensitive materials and community-aligned engagement, particularly with Tribal and Al/AN partners.
