Built a federally structured nonprofit from the ground up, creating HIPAA-aligned policy manuals and Medicaid-compatible service protocols and achieving federal funding readiness within the first 90 days. Authored six legislation-focused policy briefs and designed the F-CHAN trauma-informed, compliance-ready network framework for a under-$500K Collier County pilot.

Co-led Florida public health legislative advocacy strategy by tracking regulatory impact and coordinating member engagement on active state and federal health policy. Partnered with stakeholders to support timely advocacy and policy positioning.

Screened 1,752+ studies on the Covidence platform examining cognitive impairment and sensory function, contributing to a peer-reviewed publication. Performed structured study screening to support evidence synthesis under the guidance of the study PI.

Co-led APHA federal policy review and legislative comment for the Human Rights Forum, coordinating expert input across health equity, behavioral health, and substance use policy briefs. Submitted a unified executive summary on APHA Policies A2–A7 at March 2026 Public Hearings to represent a consolidated expert position for multiple simultaneous proposals.

Built the branch Healthcare Committee from zero by drafting bylaws-aligned governance, launching a monthly health equity newsletter, and establishing a multi-year advocacy agenda within six months. Led advocacy to elected officials on HIV/ADAP funding cuts and public health emergency response using briefing documents for legislative meetings and community forums.

Served as a health equity research and practice mentor (Feb–Jul 2026), supporting mentees with applied approaches to equity-focused research and practice. Guided improvement of evidence-based thinking aligned to community health outcomes.

Ensured FDA, ISO 13485, and HIPAA compliance across orthopedic medical device manufacturing by managing internal audits and CAPA processes. Managed SAP/Agile documentation workflows supporting a 14,000+ product portfolio.
