I bring a career in technology focused in development and design, combining advanced computing with practical delivery in live mobile game operations. I’m confident turning metrics into decisions and shaping workflows that improve procedure-effectiveness.

From 2019 to 2021, I worked as a Bilingual Support Agent for Supercell, handling communication and updates while monitoring metrics. I built strong routines around workflow tracking and support quality, ensuring issues were documented clearly and resolved efficiently.

Between 2021 and 2025, I advanced to Product Specialist for Supercell, supporting mobile games across Portuguese and English markets. I owned data analysis, bug reporting, project creation, and presentations, and I helped manage a support team—partnering with stakeholders to keep execution aligned.

Alongside my experience, I keep growing through Game Design (Centro Tecnológico Positivo) and ongoing Internet Systems (Internet of things). My toolkit includes C# fundamentals, intermediate Photoshop, basic 3ds Max for 3D modeling, intermediate networking, and music production with Fl Studio—plus strong collaboration and idea design.
