What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced, collaborative role where I can lead commercial and operational initiatives, solve complex problems, and drive measurable growth through strategy, partnerships, customer experience, and data.

I've led commercial, operational, and strategic work for Fabletics, Samsøe Samsøe, and Tiger of Sweden, managing P&L, store operations, partnerships, inventory, and cross-functional teams. At Fabletics, I opened the Regent Street flagship and delivered sales 54% above target from Q1–Q3 2023, alongside the highest global NPS and 0.5% shrinkage.

I'm currently pursuing a BA in International Business at the University of Westminster and have completed courses in Financial Markets at Yale University and Future-ready Corporate Strategy at London Business School. I also led an international Sri Lanka Tech Hackathon project, delivering an AI- and blockchain-integrated MVP and marketing campaign in three days.
