As a trusted cross-team partner, I handle EOB/ERA payment posting, account reconciliation, and cash application—maintaining clean A/R and supporting month-end reporting. I also serve as a de facto Billing Department lead in the manager’s absence, training colleagues and ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient and insurance communication across remote U.S. time zones.
