What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen medical billing and revenue cycle operations, improve workflows and reimbursement performance, and train teams to manage accurate, compliant claims through the full billing lifecycle.

I've built an in-house medical billing department at Arkansas Medical Company, transitioning four outpatient clinics from external billing and managing their complete revenue cycle operations. I oversee eligibility, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, denial management, appeals, and reporting while maintaining CMS, HIPAA, and payer compliance.

I've trained and mentored more than 12 entry-level billers to manage the full billing lifecycle independently. My background also includes medical coding, claims management, patient payment plans, pharmacy operations, patient counseling, and staff training, supported by CPC-A certification and a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
