I'm open to relocation and seeking a healthcare finance or revenue cycle role where I can improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, strengthen claims recovery, and support teams through practical process improvement and training.

I've spent 19 years at Tawam Hospital in the UAE improving patient billing, accounts receivable, claim submission, and denial management across outpatient, inpatient, and day care services.

I managed complex inpatient denials, reviewed and resubmitted claims, raised internal complaints when justified, and used root-cause analysis, action plans, and denial KPIs to prevent recurring reimbursement issues. I also helped reduce denials at Al Jahili Clinic by partnering with physicians, Registration, and Authorization teams to address claim accuracy and process gaps.

My finance background spans accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, petty cash, cashier operations, cost and revenue accounting, and financial reporting. I've trained finance staff, coders, and new employees on billing and denial procedures, using Oracle Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, HIS, patient accounting software, Excel, and Access.
