I'm seeking an HR operations or payroll-focused role where I can improve employee processes, maintain accurate records and compliance, support recruitment and onboarding, and grow with a fast-paced, forward-thinking organization.

I've supported HR operations at Unique Manpower Solution and The SS Reality, managing attendance, leave, employee databases, payroll data, compliance, onboarding, and grievance handling. I use Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, and HRM software to produce payroll records, dashboards, and management reports.
