Throughout my career, I have held positions such as IT Manager and Sales at Gitas Training Center, where I successfully managed IT operations while generating revenue through hardware sales. My expertise extends to providing technical support both in-store and on-site, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding sales targets. I am dedicated to fostering strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.

In addition to my technical skills, I have experience as a Computer Literacy Instructor, where I tailored computer training for individuals of varying ages and digital literacy levels.
