I am a customer-focused call centre representative with practical experience in front office management and retail supervision. I prioritize service excellence and consistently aim to resolve issues efficiently to improve customer satisfaction.

At Herentals College I provided front desk customer service support, handled high-volume inquiries professionally, and maintained accurate customer records. In a retail setting I resolved client complaints and ensured customer satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution.

My strengths include strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, data entry accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with teams to meet service goals. I am fluent in English and a native Shona speaker, which helps me engage with a diverse customer base.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Local Governance Studies from Great Zimbabwe University (2020) and completed a Diploma in Mental Health via Alison (2025). I am committed to contributing reliable, empathetic customer service in fast-paced environments.
